T O : is created on the remnants of a Vito Acconci public commission on the campus of The University of Illinois at Chicago. TO: is a kinetic light and text sculpture whose form mirrors the fencing of the surrounding environment.
Designed for the night, the text is illuminated from within the fencing and reads:
